Diljit Dosanjh

Diljit Dosanjh, born on January 6, 1984, in Dosanjh Kalan, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, is one of the most celebrated and versatile artists in the Indian entertainment industry. Known for his magnetic stage presence and soulful voice, he has earned acclaim as a singer, actor, performer, and television personality. Raised in a humble Sikh family, Diljit developed an early love for music while singing kirtans at local gurdwaras. His passion soon transformed into a professional pursuit, leading him to release his debut album Ishq Da Uda Ada in 2004, which quickly established him as a rising star in the Punjabi music scene.

Over the years, Diljit has released numerous chart-topping Punjabi albums and singles, including hits like “Do You Know,” “Patiala Peg,” and “5 Taara,” which gained immense popularity not only in India but also among the global Punjabi diaspora.
