Sayyeshaa Saigal (born 12 August 1997 in Mumbai) is an Indian actress best known for her work in Tamil cinema, while also appearing in Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada films Hailing from a celebrated filmy lineage, she is the daughter of actors Sumeet Saigal and Shaheen Banu, grand‑niece of the legendary duo Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, and great‑granddaughter of early Bollywood star Naseem Banu
Her early schooling began in England at Combe Bank School (now Radnor House Sevenoaks School), and upon returning to India in fifth grade, she attended Ecole Mondiale World School in Mumbai, excelling in the International Baccalaureate (scoring around 97 %) with a focus on the Science stream A gifted performer, Sayyeshaa has trained extensively in classical and western dance forms.
