Hanu Raghavapudi

Hanu Raghavapudi is a well-known Indian film director and screenwriter, primarily working in the Telugu film industry (Tollywood). Born in Kothagudem, Telangana, India, Hanu has built a reputation for delivering emotionally rich and visually stunning cinema that combines strong storytelling with appealing aesthetics. He began his career in the film industry by working as an assistant director to the celebrated filmmaker Chandra Sekhar Yeleti. In 2022, Hanu directed “Sita Ramam”, a period romantic drama starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur. The film was a major critical and commercial success, hailed for its epic narrative, musical score, performances, and stunning visuals. “Sita Ramam” solidified Hanu Raghavapudi’s position as a storyteller with a unique voice in Indian cinema.
